- DEI blue is expanding its e-mobility network with a new hub with 12 charging points including two 300kW high power fast chargers.
- It is the first large DEI blue hub, outside Athens and Thessaloniki, at the Trade Estates Retail Park in Larissa.
- For visitors to the Retail Park and vehicles travelling on the national road network.
- PPC's cooperation with Trade Estates will be extended to other Retail Parks of the company.
PPC and Trade Estates REIC join forces and promote e-mobility, starting with the creation of the largest DEI blue hub outside Attica, at the Larissa Retail Park, which houses IKEA. The new DEI blue hub of a total capacity of 776 kW supports the simultaneous charging of up to 12 vehicles. It includes eight charging points of up to 22kW (AC) and four high power fast charging points of up to 300kW (DC) for ultra-fast vehicle charging.
The two high power fast chargers of up to 300kW operating at the Larissa Retail Park are, at the moment, the fastest and most powerful in Greece and have specifications for use by disabled people, such as a special screen, special design of the charging point, etc. Battery charging from 10% to 80% can be completed in a minimum of time, even in 18 minutes, depending on the type of vehicle.
The Trade Estates Retail Park in Larissa hosts IKEA and is located at the 8th km of the Old National Road Larissa-Athens. The location is ideal both for visitors to the Retail Park and for those travelling on the national road network, as it is only 2 km from the exit of the New National Road Athens-Thessaloniki.
PPC's cooperation with Trade Estates REIC started in December 2022 with the "Top Parks Piraeus" Retail Park where the first DEI blue 300 kW (DC) high power fast charger in Greece was installed. Since then, DEI blue high power charging hubs have been created in Trade Estates' Retail Parks in key locations in Athens, Thessaloniki and Larissa. The DEI blue hubs will be extended to the Top Parks of Ioannina in the next few days.
DEI blue is the first e-mobility provider to create charging hubs, following the example of major providers abroad, starting with the DEI blue hub at Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" (AIA).
